全尾砂固结粉胶凝材料在东凯铁矿推广应用 被引量:3

Popularizing and Application of Cementing Material based on Consolidated Tailings Powder in Dongkai Iron Mine

摘要 利用生石灰、石膏和水淬渣等材料开发全尾砂固结粉(简称矿尾粉)充填胶凝材料已经取得成功。为了在东凯铁矿推广应用,针对矿尾粉在生产和应用中存在的问题,开展矿尾粉充填胶凝材料配方调整与优化试验研究。首先分析了东凯铁矿全尾砂的物化特性,然后,根据矿山充填系统与技术参数,确定胶砂比为1∶6和料浆浓度为66%,完成了以熟料代替生石灰的矿尾粉复合激发剂配方的正交试验。正交分析结果显示,添加增效剂的改进矿尾粉胶凝材料最佳配比为:水泥熟料掺量15%,脱硫石膏掺量为2%,增效剂掺量为0.6%。7d和28d的胶砂充填试块强度分别达到2.13 MPa和5.54 MPa,满足东凯铁矿上向分层开采对胶结体强度的需要,为矿尾粉在东凯矿山的工业化应用奠定基础。 A cementing material based on consolidated tailings powder(short for tailings powders)was successfully developed with lime,gypsum and water-quenched slag.In order to popularize the cementing material in Dongkai Iron Mine,experimental study was carried out on adjustment and optimization of tailings powder's proportions according to the problems in production and application.Firstly,the physical-chemical properties of the tailings were analyzed.Then,according to the filling system and technical parameters,the cenment-sand ratio of 1∶6and slurry concentration of66% were confirmed.Orthogonal experiments were carried out with clinker instead of lime as compound simulative.The orthogonal analysis results showed that,the optimum proportion of cementing material based on improved tailings powder with synergist was determined as 15% clinker,2%desulfurizing gypsum and 0.6% synergist. The filling strength of 7dand 28 dwas up to 2.13 MPa and 5.54 MPa,which met the need of cementing strength under the upward slicing mining in Dongkai Iron Mine.The study laid the foundation for the industrial application of tailings powder in Dongkai Iron Mine
