摘要
介绍了一种插入管外径为5mm的工业视频内窥镜,对设计过程中的镜头设计、图像传感器、照明方式、弯曲机构、插入管及电源等技术参数进行了论述,并阐明了主要设计过程,通过试验、对比、分析、计算等手段得到了合理、正确的技术参数,通过"积木式"设计理念,同时满足了便携性和功能扩展二方面的要求。
This paper introduces a kind of insert tube diameter is 5mm industrial video endoscope,the design,the design process of lens of image sensor,lighting the way,bending mechanism,insert the tube and power and other technical parameters are discussed,and expounds the main design process,through the test,contrast,analysis,calculation and other means of reasonable technological parameters.Right,is obtained,through the＂block＂design concept,at the same time to meet the portability and function extension two requirements.
