摘要
试验研究表明,大蒜素具有促生长、替代抗生素、诱食、改善猪肉品质等多种作用。文中对大蒜及其提取物在不同阶段猪群饲料中的应用及其功能和对一些猪病的治疗验方进行综述。
Studies have shown that allicin has a growth-promoting antibiotics substitute, attractant, im-prove pork quality, and other effects. In this paper, the application of garlic and its extracts and func-tion at different stages of pig feed and prescription treatments for some swine were reviewed.
