摘要
目的探讨健康教育对老年急性心肌梗死患者出院后生活方式的影响。方法选取80例2011年7月-2012年7月河北北方学院附属第一医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者,将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采取常规健康教育,研究组给予个体化、系统的健康教育措施,观察两组效果。结果通过干预,两组对疾病基础知识的了解明显提升（P〈0.05）,而研究组提升幅度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组出院后生活方式、自我管理能力明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组1年生存率明显高于对照组,同时心血管事件发生率、再住院率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论有效的健康宣教有助于急性心肌梗死患者出院后形成健康的生活方式,疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the influence of health education on life style of senile patients with acute myocardial infarction after discharge.Methods 80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction from July 2011 to July 2012 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group,each group had 40 cases.The control group was taken the routine health education.The study group was given individual,system health education measures.The effects of two groups were observed.Results After the intervention,disease knowledge of the two groups was improved significantly（P〈0.05）,while the study group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.After discharge the way of life,self management ability in study group were obviously better than those of control group（P〈0.05）.In addition,1 years survival rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,at the same time,the rate of cardiovascular events,re-hospitalization rate were all lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Healthy lifestyle education can help acute myocardial infarction patients to form healthy life style after discharge,the curative effect is remarkable,it is worthy of promotion.
