摘要
针对拼接板材间隙较大,焊接过程容易出现漏焊的情况,设计了自动送丝系统。送丝系统主要由驱动机构、送丝轮和矫直机构组成,其中焊丝矫直机构,使焊丝在进入送丝软管前不发生弯曲。通过理论计算及实际测试,该激光送丝焊接系统所允许的间隙量为0.3 mm,保证焊接过程的稳定性及焊缝的一致性。
Because of the large gap between the plates,the missing welding occurs easily in welding process.The automatical wire feeding system was designed.The system consists of driving mechanism,wire feeding rolls and straightening mechanism which made the wires not be bent before the wire enters into the wire feeding tube.Through the theoretical calculation and practical test,the maximum allowable gap between the plates is 0.3 mm,which can make sure of the welding stability and the weld uniformity.
