摘要
花生条纹病毒(Peanut stripe virus,PStV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)是影响山东花生生产的两种重要病毒。本研究选取小花生品种花育20号和大花生品种花育36号/花育22号,应用反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)对山东省5个地区的样品进行两种主要病毒的检测。结果表明:花生两种主要病毒病在山东省5个地区都可以检测到,各地区种子带毒率和发病率存在明显差异,小花生种子的带毒率普遍高于大花生,田间发病率也普遍高于大花生,两种病毒存在复合侵染的情况。
Peanut stripe virus (PStV) and Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) are important peanut viruses in Shandong. The peanut varieties Huayu20 (small-fruit type), Huayu36/Huayu22 (big-fruit type) were taken as objects of study for 2 important viruses in 5 regions in Shandong using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The results indicated that the 2 main viruses could be detected in the 5regions. There existed a definite difference in the rate of seed-borne virus and infection. Seed-borne virus rate of small-fruit type peanut was higher than big-fruit type peanut, so did the infection rate. The mixed infection of PStV and CMV was existed.
