摘要
在产业应用型人才培养工作中,要紧贴区域经济发展需求,构筑适宜创新的高职教育生态环境,创设紧密型合作办学机制。以扬州职业大学土木工程专业建设为例,指出高职院校应当主动实现与产业需求的零距离对接,适应市场的需要,培养服务区域经济发展战略背景下产业应用型人才,提出了以专业为依托,以科研为纽带,以产业为平台,以服务区域经济发展为中心,创新应用型人才培养模式的具体措施。
During the process of cultivating industry applied talents,it is essential to fulfill the needs of the regional economic development,to construct the ecological environment of higher vocational education for innovation,to create institutional mechanisms of close cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Taking the construction of Civil Engineering Specialty in Yangzhou Polytechnic College as an example,this article probes into the measures to cultivate industry-applied talents,such as achieving the zero-distance docking between colleges and enterprises,meeting the market needs and serving the regional economic development. Meanwhile,it presents the specific countermeasures on cultivating industry applied talents based on specialty as a foundation,science as a bond and industry as a platform.
