摘要
目的观察郄穴为主埋线治疗气滞血瘀型痛经的临床疗效。方法运用穴位埋线的方法治疗气滞血瘀型痛经23例。结果 23例气滞血瘀型痛经患者中,痊愈16例,好转4例,未愈3例,总有效率为87.0%。结论郄穴为主埋线治疗气滞血瘀型痛经,操作方便,安全持久,疗效显著,集传统针法与现代医疗科技于一身,尤其适宜于现代社会,是一种非常值得推广及应用于临床的有效方案。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of catgut embedding therapy at xi-cleft point in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods Using the method of catgut embedding therapy at xi-cleft point in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis for 23 cases. Results In 23 cases of patients with dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis, 16 cases were cured, 4 cases improved, 3 cases were not cured, and the total effective rate was 87.0%. Conclusion Catgut embedding therapy at xi-eleft point in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis is easy, safe and durable, and curative effect is significant. It collected technology traditional acupuncture and modern medical science, and is particularly suitable for the modern society. In conclusion, this method is an effective program, and is very worthy of clinical popularization and application.
