网络医院是以医疗机构为依托,以互联网为载体,应用信息化技术,为医疗机构以外的服务对象开展专业的在线诊疗、健康咨询等远程医疗服务的互联网医疗平台,是互联网、信息技术和远程医疗服务的有机结合。通过充分利用"互联网+大众医疗"服务平台,延伸实体医院服务内容,为患者提供一个便捷、高效的远程就医平台,较好地实现了优质医疗资源下沉基层,促进了基本医疗卫生服务均等化。
The network hospital is the Internet medical platform relying on medical institutions, which carrier is the Internet. The information technology is applied for professional online diagnosis and treatment, health consulting and other telemedicine services for service objects other than medical institutions. It is the combination of Internet, information technology and telemedicine service.
