摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对患儿静脉输液时依从性的影响。方法:选取2013年4月-2014年4月笔者所在医院进行静脉输液治疗的1000例患儿,对其入院资料进行分析,将其按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组采用常规方法护理,试验组采用护理干预,比较两组静脉输液依从性。结果:试验组静脉穿刺过程中420例患儿配合,静脉输液依从性为84%,高于对照组的60%(P<0.05);试验组80%患儿一次穿刺成功,高于对照组的50%(P<0.05)。结论:静脉输液是小儿常用的给药途径,临床上在患儿静脉输液时采用护理干预效果理想,能够有效提高依从性,提高穿刺成功率,值得推广使用。
Objective：To investigate the effects of intravenous infusion of children with compliance nursing intervention.Methods：From April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital for intravenous infusion treatment of 1000 cases of children admitted to hospital were analyzed,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional care,the experimental group was given nursing intervention,comparing intravenous infusion compliance.Result：The experimental group during venipuncture children with 420 cases,intravenous infusion of compliance was 84%,was higher than 60% of the control group（P〈0.05）.The experimental group,80% of children with a successful puncture,was better than 50% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Intravenous infusion is pediatric common route of administration and clinical in children with intravenous infusion by nursing intervention effect is ideal,can effectively improve compliance,improve the success rate of puncture,is worthy of be popularized.
