摘要
中国法理学研究会2015年年会暨"中国法治发展道路"学术研讨会围绕如何建设具有中国特色的社会主义法治这一主题,对法治中国的基本理论、国家治理体系的现代化与法治化、法治建设视域中的司法、法治化进程中的权利问题、法治评估以及法律文化与法学知识等相关问题进行了广泛而深入的研讨,较为全面地展现了法理学界一段时间以来的研究成果,也为下一步的理论发展奠定了基础。
Focusing on the theme of how to construct the Socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,2015 annual symposium of China jurisprudence society and symposium on the road of Chinese rule of law development inquired broadly and deeply into topics such as the fundamental theory of Chinese rule of law,the modernization and institutionalization of state governance,judicial reform,rights issues in the course of ruling of Law,evaluation of rule of law,legal culture and legal knowledge etc.. These discussion fully exhibited the researching results of jurisprudential circle in recent years,and laid the foundation for the theory＇s development in the future.
