摘要 针对药型罩结构优化设计问题,对刻槽式药型罩MEFP成型的影响进行研究,分析了药型罩曲率半径和刻槽深度对MEEP发散角和速度的影响。为提高预控破片战斗部的杀伤威力,利用LS-DYNA软件,采用拉格朗日的方法,对药型罩曲率半径和刻槽深度两种参数进行了数值仿真。得到结构参数对MEFP发散角的影响规律。结果证明,刻槽药型罩能按照预期目的形成有一定质量和发散角的9个独立子EFP,刻槽深度对MEFP的影响最为显著,且存在一个最佳值h/δ=0.5使各子EFP具有较大的发散角和侵彻速度;并可以通过适当增大药型罩曲率半径来增大子EFP的发散角,获得符合技术要求的MEFP战斗部。 Aim at studying influence of structure parameters on the forming of MEFP with scored liner, The influence of curve radius and depth of groove on speed and divergent angle of MEFP were analyzed . In order to improve the destructive power of fragment warhead numerical simulation of curve radius and depth of groove was carried out with Lagrange method using LS-DYNA . get the influence rule of structure parameters on divergent angle of MEFP. The results show that the scored liner form nine independent little EFP with quality and divergent angle according to expected goal. depth of groove has a significant effect on MEFP,There is a suitable level h./8 =0.5 to make little EFP have big divergent angle and penetrating velocity;increase divergent angle of little EFP by means of increasing curve radius, accordingly achieve MEFP warhead of conforming with technical requirements.
