摘要
葡萄避雨栽培在有效减轻病害的同时,对果实品质也产生了一定的影响。从避雨栽培条件下,光照、温度、湿度等微环境条件变化对葡萄果实品质影响的角度,对国内外最新研究进展进行了综述,分析了微环境变化与葡萄果实糖、酸、芳香物质、酚类物质、着色等主要果实品质指标之间的关系,对目前的研究现状进行了分析,并对未来的研究方向进行了探讨。
Grapevine shelter cultivation effectively reduces the diseases of the grapevine,but also produces some influence on the fruit quality in fact. This paper focused on the effect of microenvironment on the fruit quality,such as light,temperature and humidity in the shelter cultivation. The relationship was analysis between the micro environmental changes and the contents of sugar,acid,color,aromatic substances and phenolic substances of the fruit. The current research status was analyzed,and the future of the study was discussed.
