摘要
分析了当前医学类高职院校职业素养培育现状,培育理念:重"诊断护理",轻"启德铭善";培育课程:重"形式宣讲",轻"真功实效";效果评价:重"理论考核",轻"实践考察"。探讨了针对这一现状思想政治理论教育同职业教育的融合具有时代的必要性与可能性。并指出"思想政治教育"融合"职业素养教育"的途径:思政课堂,教材"脱胎换骨",教学时段"腾笼换鸟";课外活动,营造浓郁"职业气息",全天候"渲染熏陶";社会实践,突出"职业体验",强化"医德认同"。
This paper analyzed the current station of occupational quality training in higher vocational colle- ges. The cultivation concept focused on the "diagnosis and care" while ignored the "carry forward virtues and de- velop goodness". The cultivation course emphasized on the "preach form" , but ignored the "real effectiveness".The evaluation emphasized on the "theoretical examination", but ignored the "practical investigation". Based on the discussion above, the integration of ideological and political education with vocational quality cultivation has ne- cessity and possibility. Simultaneously, this paper pointed out the paths of educational integration : one path is in ide- ological and political classroom for "reborn" textbook and "vacating cage to change bird" in teaching time; another path is in extracurricular activities for creating a strong "professional atmosphere" with all - day "render and edify" ; the third path is in social practice for highlighting "professional experience" and enhancing "ethics identity".
