摘要
目的:比较溶剂提取法和蒸馏法提取豆蔻中桉油精的含量差异。方法:分别采用溶剂提取法和蒸馏法提取豆蔻中的桉油精,采用气相色谱法检测桉油精含量,色谱柱为HP-INNOWax(30m×0.32mm×0.2μm)毛细管色谱柱,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)。结果:桉油精在0.067 45~4.047 0mg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积积分线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.999 9。蒸馏法平均回收率为91.5%,RSD为2.8%;溶剂提取法平均回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.9%。结论:溶剂提取法提取的桉油精含量比蒸馏法更高,操作更简单,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the content comparisons of eucalyptol of Amomi fructus rotundus extracted by distillation extraction or solvent extraction.Methods:The eucalyptol of Amomi fructus rotundus were extracted by distillation extraction and solvent extraction.The sample was detected by gas chromatograph with FID detector,and separated by HP-INNOWax(30m×0.32mm×0.5μm)capillary column.Results:The eucalptol had a good linearity in the range of 0.067 45~4.047 0mg/mL with R2 was 0.9999.The average recovery of distillation extraction was 91.5%,with RSD was 2.8%,and the average recovery of solvent extraction was 98.3%,with RSD was 1.9%.Conclusion:The extraction efficiency of solvent extraction was higher than distillation extraction,and it's easier to operate.
