摘要
试验旨在研究超声辅助制种结合混菌固态发酵工艺制备的发酵菜粕对肉仔鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、免疫功能及经济效益的影响。选用360只平均体重在(900±30)g的21日龄健康AA+商品肉鸡,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复20只鸡,公母各半,混养。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮;菜粕组和发酵菜粕组分别在对照组日粮基础上用菜粕和发酵菜粕替代12%豆粕。结果表明:发酵菜粕组在生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫功能等方面与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05),且优于菜粕组;发酵菜粕替代部分豆粕可降低饲养成本。综上所述,采用12%混菌固态发酵菜粕替代部分豆粕,肉鸡各方面指标未发生明显差异,可以降低肉仔鸡的饲养成本。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of mixed bacteria solid- state fermented rapeseed meal with ultrasonic treatment of strains,to replace part of soybean meal on growth performance,serum biochemical parameters and immune function of broilers,and economic benefit was calculated. A total of 360 21-day-age broilers with the weight of(900±30)g were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates. The feed of control group was corn-soybean meal basal diet,and 12% rapeseed oil meal and 12% fermented repeseed meal were used to replace responding soybean meal in basal diet for the other two groups. The results showed that,compared with the control group,it had no significant effect on growth performance,serum biochemical parameters and immune function of broilers by adding fermented repeseed meal(P〉0.05),The results indicated that soybean meal could be replaced by fermented repeseed meal up to 12% without affecting growth performance of broilers,and feeding cost could be reduced.
