摘要 论述了微生物溯源(microbial source tracking,MST)技术的发展背景与特征,从源指示物的选择、源指示物的检测和源解析总结了MST技术的开发与应用进展,并介绍了用于支持最大日负荷总量(total maximum daily load,TMDL)方案制定或实施的MST技术工作流程,对今后MST技术的研究与应用进行了展望,以期为我国地表水病原微生物污染控制提供参考。 The development background and characteristics of microbial source tracking (MST) technology are discussed. Development and application progress of MST are summarized from the aspect of selection, detection and analysis of source indicators. The technical process of MST supporting total maximum daily load (TMDL) scheme was also introduced. At last, the further study and application of MST were forecasted, to provide reference for pathogenic microorganism pollution control in surface water in China.
