摘要
目的:观察左氧氟沙星对肺结核患者可溶性选择素、白介素、黏附分子及肺表面活性蛋白的影响程度。方法:将2014年3月~2015年4月收治的50例肺结核患者随机分为对照组(常规肺结核治疗组)25例和观察组(常规肺结核治疗加左氧氟沙星组)25例,然后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后2个月、4个月及6个月的可溶性选择素、白介素、黏附分子及肺表面活性蛋白水平进行比较。结果:治疗前两组患者的可溶性选择素、白介素、黏附分子及肺表面活性蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均〉0.05),而治疗后2个月、4个月及6个月观察组各个方面的检测水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星对肺结核患者可溶性选择素、白介素、黏附分子及肺表面活性蛋白的影响更为积极,对于患者机体及疾病的改善作用均相对明显。
Objective: To observe the influence of levofloxacin on the soluble selection, interleukin, adhesion molecule and pulmonary surfactant protein of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: A total of 50 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis group)and observation group(conventional treatment and levofloxacin group)by half, then the soluble selection, interleukin, adhesion molecule and pulmonary surfactant protein levels of two groups before the treatment and at second, fourth and sixth month after the treatment were compared. Results:There were no significant differences in soluble selection,interleukin, adhesion molecule or pulmonary surfactant protein levels of two groups before the treatment all P〉0.05. The levels of these indexes of observation group at second, fourth and sixth month after the treatment were all significantly lower than those of control group, all P〈0.05. Conclusion:The influence of levofloxacin on the soluble selection,interleukin, adhesion molecule and pulmonary surfactant protein of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis are more significant, and its improvement on the body and disease are also more significant.
