摘要 钢结构预拼装可以采用实体预拼装和数字模拟预拼装两种方式。现阶段国内工程大多采用实体预拼装方式,其可靠度高,但成本大。与实体预拼装相比,数字模拟预拼装可以极大地节约成本并缩短工期,对于大型复杂工程和施工条件恶劣的工程尤其如此。主要对国内外关于数字化模拟预拼装的相关工程应用情况、三维测量技术做介绍和小结,对Case提出的结构预拼装的算法做补充和完善,并结合一个实际工程说明数字模拟预拼装方法的应用与效果。 Two ways can be used for trial assembly of steel structures: virtual trial assembly and physic trial assembly. At present,the physic trial assembly is applied widely in domestic projects,which is of higher reliability,it is of higher cost,either. Compared with the physic trial assembly,the virtual trial assembly can save costs to a great extent and shorten the construction period,especially when it is in a large and complex project and under the poor construction condition. At first,the paper introduces and summaries the virtual trial assembly and threedimensional measurement techniques based on some related engineering applications in both China and abroad. Then,the algorithms of virtual trial assembly proposed by Case was supplemented and improved. Combined with a practical project,it was showed the use and effect of the methods in engineering applications.
