摘要
目的 :从已就业的住院医师的角度评价上海市住院医师规范化培训的成效,寻找目前规范化培训工作中存在的问题,为提高培训质量提供建议。方法 :对2010级接受规范化培训,且目前在上海卫生系统工作就业的住院医师(以下简称"就业医师")进行问卷调查。结果 :就业医师肯定了规范化培训对目前工作的作用,对规范化培训工作的满意度较高。就业医师更倾向于实践与理论相结合的规范化培训方式。建议:加大对规范化培训项目的投入,尤其向住宿等福利方向倾斜;注意教学模式的灵活多样;对不同学历的住院医师采用更细化的规范化培训方案和标准。
Objective： To assess Shanghai Standardized Resident Training Program from the perspective of employed residents, and identify the problems for improvement of the training. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted in the employed residents who had accepted the standardized training from 2010 and now worked in Shanghai health system. Results： The employed residents affirmed the role of training programs in the current work, and had a high satisfaction on it. Clinical practice combined with theory education was the favorite model for residents. Conclusion： It is recommended to increase investment on training programs, especially for residents＇ benefits including accommodation and utilization of flexible teaching model. Drafting detailed training plans and standards for residents with different degrees is also proposed.
