摘要
在水温27.2~28.5℃下,将初始体长为(3.6±0.2)cm的血鹦鹉幼鱼饲养在0.4m×0.5m×0.4m的水族箱中,投喂添加0%、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%和1.00%芦荟粉的饲料42d,研究芦荟粉含量对血鹦鹉幼鱼体色、生长性能、消化酶活力与免疫酶活力的影响。试验结果表明,饲料中芦荟粉含量显著影响血鹦鹉幼鱼的褪色率(P〈0.05),0.75%芦荟粉组血鹦鹉幼鱼平均褪色率比例最大(63.83%)。饲料芦荟粉抑制血鹦鹉幼鱼生长,随芦荟粉含量增加血鹦鹉幼鱼特定生长率下降,当芦荟粉含量为1.00%,血鹦鹉幼鱼特定生长率最小(1.55%/d);芦荟粉含量低于0.75%时,各组血鹦鹉幼鱼特定生长率差异不显著(P〉0.05)。饲料芦荟粉水平对血鹦鹉幼鱼消化酶与免疫酶活力影响不显著(P〉0.05)。芦荟粉能提高血鹦鹉幼鱼的褪色率,饲料中芦荟粉的适宜含量为0.75%。
A feeding trial was conducted to investigate effects of dietary aloe powder on color,growth performance,and activities of digestive enzymes and enzymes related to immunity in blood parrot fish Cichlasoma var..Blood parrot fish juveniles with initial body length of(3.6±0.2)cm were reared in a 0.4m×0.5m×0.4mtank and fed five diets containing 0%,0.25%,0.50%,0.75%,and 1.00% of aloe powder at water temperature of 27.2-28.5℃for 42 days.The results showed that the body fading ratio was significantly increased as the increase in dietary aloe powder levels(P〈0.05),the maximal fading ratio(63.83%)in the fish fed the diet containing 0.75% of aloe powder.The specific growth rate(SGR)was shown to be significantly decreased as the increase in dietary aloe powder levels,the minimal SGR(1.55%/d)in the fish fed the diet containing 1.00% of aloe powder,significantly lower than that in the fish in the non-aloe powder diet feeding group.There were no significant differences in activities of digestive enzymes and enzymes related to immunity in different groups.It is concluded that aloe powder leads to improve the fading ratio significantly for juvenile blood parrot fish,with the optimal dietary aloe powder content of 0.75%.
