切开复位内固定治疗Bosworth骨折患者疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨Bosworlh骨折的特点和切开复位内固定治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析2001年6月至2014年12月手术治疗7例Bosworth骨折患者的临床资料。结果术后5例切口I期愈合，2例发生伤口感染。7例均获随访，随访14-26个月，平均19个月。骨折愈合时间8-16周，平均10．5周，无内固定物松动、断裂等并发症发生。取出内固定物前参照美国矫形足踝协会（AOFAS）踝与后足评分系统评定疗效，82~95，平均90.3分。结论Bosworth骨折是一种合并严重软组织损伤的难复位性踝关节骨折脱位，早期诊断急诊行切开复位内固定术可取得良好疗效。
