海上气田凝析油闪蒸气的回收处理方案 被引量:2

摘要 为保证气田的连续平稳生产,满足节能减排的实际需求,实现低碳及清洁的生产目的,结合崖城13-1气田工艺流程现状,经过对4个低压凝析油闪蒸气回收处理方案进行详细的讨论与优选分析,提出了单独回收低温分离器干凝析油输至陆地终端用于生产液化石油气,并回收闪蒸罐的湿凝析油闪蒸气作为低压燃料气的方案。可行性及经济性分析的结果表明,此方案的可行性较强,凝析油闪蒸气回收率为100%,可实现节能减排折合2 970t/a标准煤,并为气田增加利润544万元,节能减排效果明显,经济效益可观。 To ensure the gas field operate smoothly and continuously,and meet the needs of energy conservation and emissions reduction,low carbon,clean production,in combination with Yacheng 13-1gas field process are implemented,the four condensate flash gas recovering schemes in detail are discussed and optimized,it is proposed that sending dry condensate of low temperature separator directly to land terminal for producing liquefied petroleum gas,and recover wet condensate flash gas of the condensate flash drum as low pressure fuel gas.Scheme evaluation and economic analysis show that the scheme’s feasibility is stronger,condensate flash gas recovery rate is 100%,making emissions reduction amount to 2 970 tons of standard coal per year,and increasing the gas field profit about 5.44 million RMB yearly,the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction is obvious,and gain considerable economic benefit.
