摘要
糖尿病是全世界最主要的慢性非传染性疾病之一,随患病率的上升,糖尿病所带来的疾病负担越来越重,糖尿病及其并发症严重影响了人类的生活质量。本文综述了全球糖尿病的流行特点,糖尿病的直接和间接经济负担,重点概述了我国糖尿病的疾病负担现状,旨在为国家确定疾病预算分配方案和医疗保险范围提供参考,以加强糖尿病的防治力度,提高其防治效率。
Diabetes mellitus （DM） is one of the most important chronic non-communicable diseases,which has seriously affected the quality of human life with its increasing prevalence. This article aimed to give the government a clue to a more reasonable disease budget and medical insurance coverage through reviewing the global prevalence characteristics, the direct and indirect economic burden of DM, and summarizing the burden of DM in our country
