摘要
低变质煤热解后矿物质在其中富集而导致灰分升高,从而影响了半焦的后续加工利用。为此研究基于浮选脱除矿物质的基本理论,以半焦末为研究对象,在基本性质分析的基础上,采用药剂表面改性浮选分离方法,脱除半焦中的矿物质以降低其灰分。结果表明:用非离子表面活性剂改性时浮选效果最好,其次是阴离子表面活性剂,最后是阳离子表面活性剂。同时,采用扫描电镜、润湿热、红外光谱、表面电位等分析方法,进行了半焦表面改性浮选机理研究。表面活性剂与半焦颗粒表面的吸附主要存在静电吸附、氢键键合和芳环的共轭效应。
After the pyrolysis of the low metamorphic coal,the enrichment of the mineral would cause the ash content increased and would affect to the late processing and utilization of the semi coke. Based on the basic theory of the floatation to remove the minerals,taking the semi coke as the study object and based on the analysis on the basic property,the separation method with the reagent surface modified floatation was applied to remove the minerals of the semi coke in order to reduce the ash content. The results showed that when the modification made with the non- ionic surfactant,the floatation effect was the best,when the modification made with the anion surfactant,the effect would be the second and when the modification made with the cation surfactant,the effect would be the last. Meanwhile,the scanning electron microscope,wetting heat,infrared spectrum,surface potential and other analysis methods were applied to study surface modification floatation mechanism of the semi coke. The surfactant and the particle surface adsorption of the semi coke would mainly exist in conjugation effect of the electrostatic adsorption,hydrogen bonding and aromatic ring.
