摘要
传染病疾病谱不断变化,经典的传染病现已少见,新现感染病又往往呈地区流行,没有真实的临床感知,仅靠传统的单一教材施教显然不能满足传染病临床教学的需要。文章介绍通过编写传染病学CBL(case-based learning)教学病例库,结合情景模拟教学,改革传染病学教学方法,显著提升了教学效果;并就上述教学改革方法在八年制教学中的实践进行了详细总结和分析。
Problems arises when new infectious diseases emerges while the incidence of some common infectious disease has fallen greatly. To improve the clinical teaching of infectious diseases,situation simulation with case-based learning( CBL) was performed in the education of eight-year medical students. It was found that the application of situation simulation with CBL could obviously stimulated students' interest and improved students' achievement as well as comprehensive capacity.
