微波场下非贵金属催化剂油烟催化净化活性

The Catalytic Activity of Microwave Treated Non-noble Metal Oxides for Oil Fume Purification

摘要 考察了几种负载非贵金属氧化物、钙钛矿型氧化物和添加非贵金属的Pd等催化剂在微波场下对烹饪油烟的催化净化活性。结果表明,在微波场中,NiO、CoO等催化净化效果提高较多;添加钡、镍、锌等氧化物的Pd催化剂,催化净化性能提高;添加氧化铁等助剂后Pd催化剂油烟净化活性降低。CeO2的添加对催化剂活性起到了促进作用。 The heating behavior of oil fume purified non-noble metal oxides under microwave irradiation, and the catalytic activity of perovskite-type and Pd catalysts, with addition of metal oxides, is examined. It is found that the catalytic properties of NiO and CoO increase highest; as the catalytic activities of palladium catalysts, with addition of BaO、NiO or ZnO,are enhanced to a lesser extent. On the contrary,there is a decline in the catalytic ability of Fe2O3 doped palladium samples. The addition of CeO2 enhanced the properties of all samples.
