摘要
针对DMF法抽提丁二烯装置的工艺特点,为解决生产过程中所面临的进料组分多变、干扰多、滞后大、耦合严重、溶剂循环量难以优化等问题,提出一种以多变量预测控制和软测量为核心的先进控制策略,以满足生产过程的产品质量、物料平衡和能量平衡的控制要求。先进控制系统实施后,明显提高了工艺参数的平稳性,降低装置物耗、能耗。
According to the process characteristics of butadiene extraction plant with DMF method,an advanced process control scheme based on multivariable predictive control and soft sensor has been presented to solve process control problems such as frequent feed composition change,multiple disturbances,large dead-time,strong process coupling and difficult optimization of recycled solvent amount,furthermore to satisfy control requirements of the product quality,material balance and energy balance. After the implementation of the advanced process control system,the smoothness of key process parameters was significantly improved,and the consumption of material and energy reduced.
