摘要
目的:筋骨草是重庆金佛山8大特有药材之一,该研究观察筋骨草对小鼠和大鼠抗疲劳抗氧化作用。方法:将昆明种小鼠随机分成空白对照组、肉苁蓉组(5.0 g/kg)、筋骨草组(2.5、5、10 g/kg),每组12只;将大鼠随机分成空白对照组、肉苁蓉组(2.5 g/kg)、筋骨草组(1.25、2.5、5.0 g/kg),每组8只,经口灌胃15 d,记录体重。常温不负重游泳实验,测力竭游泳时间、血尿素氮(BUN)、糖元含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果:筋骨草2.5、5、10 g/kg三个剂量均可以延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,降低BUN含量,增加糖元储备,减少MDA的堆积,增强SOD活力,以10 g/kg剂量效果最佳,大鼠在抗疲劳抗氧化主要指标上也有相同的效果,以5 g/kg剂量效果最佳。结论:民间药筋骨草水煎液对小鼠和大鼠具有明显的抗疲劳抗氧化作用。
Objective: Herbs Schnabelia tetradonta is one of the peculiar medicinal herbs in Jinfo mountain of Chongqing. The paper studied anti-fa- tigue and anti-oxidant effects of herbs Schnabelia tetradonta in mice and rats. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into blank control group, group of Cistanche deserticola(5.0 g/kg) ,three experimental groups by the dosage of Schnabelia tetradonta(2.5,5.0,10 g/kg) ,n = 12 in each group of mice :The rats were randomly divided into blank control group, group of Cistanche deserticola(2.5 g/kg), three experi- mental groups by the dosage of Schnabelia tetradonta( 1.25,2.5,5.0 g/kg) ,n = 8 in each group of rats. Body weight increment of mice and rats by oral perfusion for 15 days were recorded. Exhaustive swimming time ,the content of blood urea nitrogen( BUN), glycogen and malonal- dehyde (MDA) ,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured after swimming test at room temperature and without weights. Results: Schnabelia tetradonta in three dosages can significantly prolong exhaustive swimming time, increase the content of glycogen, de- crease the content of BUN in mice, reduce the accumulation of MDA, enhance the activities of SOD, and the effect of Schnabelia tetradonta in high dose( 10 g/kg) is the best. The rats have the same reaction in the main index of anti-fatigue and anti-oxidant effects, and the effects of Schnabelia tetradonta in high dose(5 g/kg) is the best. Conclusion: The study shows that herbs Schnabelia tetradonta have obviously anti- fatigue and anti-oxidant effects in mice and rats, and there is no species differences in animal.
