摘要
传统绿网规划编制往往采取以经验式定性判断为主、定量数据分析为辅的方法,缺乏准确性和说服力。文章试图构建一种以定量分析为主导的绿网规划技术方法,即从绿网构成要素出发,在对"斑块—廊道—基质"的绿网规划方法进行改良的基础上,将规划路径分为四步—"区划—绿源—绿径—绿网",具体从生态敏感性的区划,到辨识高敏感性的绿源,到构建最小生态成本的绿径,再到优化最佳结构的绿网。文章结合江苏省溧阳南部地区的实证研究,利用空间句法指标对绿网结构进行对比分析与模型检验,最终证明新方法下的绿网规划在连通度、集成度与可达性等方面较之前有了较大提升。
Traditional green-network planning usually adopts a method of empirical judgment assisted by quantitative analysis, but is weak in accuracy and persuasion. The paper tries to build a method of quantitative analysis of the green-network planning. Starting from the green-network elements, the paper expands the traditional "Patch - Corridor - Matrix" method and proposes four steps:"Division- Green-Source - Green-Way - Green-Network". The method is tested in Liyang southem area planning and proved better in connection, integration, and accessibility in practice.
