摘要
针对电传动装甲车辆冷却系统原理方案的设计问题,建立了冷却系统热部件、散热器和水泵的简化模型,提出了使用有向图表示冷却系统原理方案的基本方法,结合遗传算法提出了冷却系统原理方案优化设计方法。实例计算表明,与所有热部件并联、所有热部件串联的系统方案相比,优化后的冷却系统原理方案适应度函数值分别减小了62.6%、54.5%.研究结果对冷却系统原理方案的设计有一定参考价值。
A new optimization design method for principle scheme based on directed graph is proposed for the design of principle scheme of cooling system in electric transmission armored vehicle. The simplified models of thermal parts, radiator and pump are established. Basic rules of using directed graph to repre- sent the principle scheme of cooling system are put forward. A practical example is used to verify the pro- posed method, which indicates that, compared with the principle schemes of which all thermal parts are assembled in parallel and which all thermal parts are assembled in series, the fitness function value of the optimized scheme is reduced by 62.6% and 54.5% , respectively. This research has a certain reference value for the design of principle scheme of cooling system.
