摘要
目的探讨高通量血液透析治疗尿毒症患者的临床效果,并分析其对患者血脂代谢的影响。方法选取尿毒症患者106例,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组患者均行传统维持性血液透析,观察组患者则给予高通量血液透析,经持续治疗1年后分别观察血尿毒素改善效果与血脂指标变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗后血尿酸水平为(70.9±16.8)%,血肌酐为(75.4±11.9)%,尿素氮为(79.2±14.3)%,β2微球蛋白为(57.8±11.2)%,胆固醇为(4.3±1.0)mmol/L,甘油三酯为(1.4±0.2)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇为(1.6±0.2)mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇为(2.3±0.2)mmol/L,上述指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针对尿毒症患者采用高通量血液透析治疗不但可显著增强血尿毒素清除效果,也可良好抑制机体血脂代谢异常情况。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of high flux hemodialysis treatment for uremic patients, and analyze its effects on lipid metabolism in uremic patients. Methods 106 patients were chosen and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 53 patients in each group. The control group patients underwent conventional hemodialysis, patients in the observation group were given high-flux hemodialysis, continuous treatment were observed after 1 year after hematuria improve toxin effect changes in serum lipids were compared. Results After treatment, the serum uric acid was (70.9±16.8)%, serum creatinine was (75.4 ± 11.9)%, urea nitrogen was (79.2±14.3)%, 132-microglobulin was (57.8±11.2)%, cholesterol was (4.3±1.0)mmol/L, triglycerides was (1.4±0.2)mmol/L, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was (1.6±0.2)mmol/L, low- density lipoprotein cholesterol (2.3±0.2)mmol/L in observation group. These indicators were significantly better than the patients in control group, with statistical significance (P〈0.01). Conclusion For patients with uremia high flux hemodialysis treatment can not only significantly enhance the scavenging effect of toxins hematuria, can also be a good situation to suppress the body's abnormal lipid metabolism.
