摘要
目的了解牙科综合治疗台出水端水质污染状况,探讨椅旁水质检测方法的可行性。方法采用细菌培养法和生物荧光法,对某市部分医院口腔科和口腔专科医疗机构牙科综合治疗台水路用水进行了监测与分析。结果从20家口腔医疗单位的60台牙科治疗台水路中采集176份水样,细菌总数范围为0-2.3×10^6cfu/ml,仅有29.55%水样符合生活饮用水标准。平板计数法和ATP生物荧光法的相关系数为0.60。结论某市部分口腔医疗机构牙科综合治疗台水路存在严重的污染,ATP生物荧光法可作为快速椅旁水质监测的方法之一。
Objective To investigate the quality of outlet-side water of dental chair unit,and explore the feasibility of chair-side detecting methods of water quality. Methods Bacteria culture method and ATP bioluminescence method were used to monitor and analyze parts of departments of stomatology in general hospitals and special hospitals in a city. Results We collected 176 samples from 60 dental units in 20 hospitals. The scope of the total number of bacteria was from 0 to2. 3 × 10^6 cfu / ml. Only 29. 55% of water samples meet the drinking water standards. The correlation coefficient of colony counting method and ATP bioluminescence method was 0. 60. Conclusion The results show that parts of dental chair unit waterlines investigated in the city are seriously contaminated. ATP bioluminescence method can be used as a rapid,chair-side measure of monitoring water quality.
