摘要
目的观察六味地黄生物转化醇提制剂对甲亢型肾阴虚小鼠体质量、免疫功能、肝组织和血浆氧化指标的影响,评价其对甲亢型肾阴虚作用。方法选取70只小鼠随机分为7组:空白组、模型组、六味地黄汤剂组10 g/(kg·d)、六味生物制剂组10 g/(kg·d)、六味生物转化醇提低、中、高剂量组。除空白组外,其余各组小鼠每日灌胃给予甲状腺片150 mg/kg和利血平1 mg/kg诱导小鼠甲亢型肾阴虚模型,造模后分别灌胃给予相应药物,7 d后检测小鼠体质量、胸腺、脾系数、游泳时间、扭体次数、肝组织和血浆中的SOD、GSH-Px、MDA。结果六味生物制剂组、六味生物转化醇提制剂组,能增加模型小鼠的体质量,提高脾指数和胸腺指数,耐力游泳时间增加,痛阈值降低,肝组织和血浆中的SOD、GSH-Px含量上升,肝组织和血浆中MDA含量下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论六味地黄生物转化醇提制剂具有显著滋阴作用,与六味地黄生物制剂的治疗效果相当,均优于传统六味地黄汤剂。
Objective To evaluate the Yin-nourishing action of alcohol soluble part of Liuweidihuang decoction metabolized by photosynthetic bacteria( LW-PSB) on body weight,immune function and liver and plasma oxidation indexes in Yin-deficiency mice model. Methods Total 70 mice were randomly divided into 7 groups,including the normal group,the model group,the Liuweidihuang group( 10 g/kg),the LWPSB group( 10 g/kg) and three different doses of alcohol soluble part of LW-PSB at 5,10 and 20 g/kg.The Yin-deficiency mice model was induced by intragastric administration of thyroxine and reserpine. Seven days after different drugs treatment,the growth rate of body weight,indexes of thymus and spleen,the swimming time,writhing times and oxidative indexes were measured. Results Treatment with LW-PSB and alcohol soluble part of LW-PSB increased the growth rate of body weight,indexes of thymus and spleen and the swimming time,decreased the pain threshold,as well as enhanced the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and reduced the level of MDA in liver and plasma. Conclusion LW-PSB and alcohol soluble part of LWPSB display better Yin-nourishing action than Liuweidihuang broth.
