摘要
[目的]观察针刺背俞穴联合补元润通汤治疗老年性便秘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组100例西沙必利5mg/次,3次/d。治疗组100例补元润通汤（何首乌、黄芪、太子参30g,生白术、黄精~炙、元参20g,当归、肉苁蓉15g,杏仁10g,甘草6g;气虚加黄芪20g,升麻15g;血虚加益母草、黑芝麻20g,阿胶15g;阴虚加玉竹20g,麦冬15g;肾虚加枸杞子20g,补骨脂15g）,1剂/d,水煎500m L,早晚餐后口服,250m L/次。针刺背俞穴：俯卧位,用0.32mm×40mm毫针,双侧取穴肝俞、脾俞、肺俞、肾俞、大肠俞、三焦俞,指切法沿脊柱方向45°斜刺皮肤快速进针1.5~2.5cm,肝俞、脾俞、肺俞、肾俞用捻转补法,大肠俞、三焦俞用捻转泻法,隔10min行针1次,留针30min,1次/d,每施针5d休息2d。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈65例,有效27例,无效8例,总有效率92.00%。对照组痊愈27例,有效41例,无效32例,总有效率68.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。症状积分两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]针刺背俞穴联合补元润通汤治疗老年性便秘疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the Buyuan Runtong soup with back-shu acupuncture treatment of senile constipation effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,200 outpatients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.100 cases in the control group cisapride,5mg/time,3 times/d.The treatment group 100 cases Buyuan Runtong soup（Heshouwu,Huangqi,Taizishen 30 g,Shengbaizhu,Huang jing,Yuanshen 20 g,Danggui,Roucongrong 15 g,Xingren 10 g,Gancao 6g;qi deficiency plus Huangqi 20 g,Shengma 15g;anemia plus Yimucao,Heizhima 20 g,E＇jiao 15g;Yin plus Yuzhu 20 g,Maidong 15g;kidney plus Gouqizi 20 g,Buguzhi 15g）,1 ji/d,decoction 500 m L,morning and evening postprandial oral,250 m L/second.Acupuncture back-shu： prone position,with 0.32mm×40mm needle,bilateral acupoints Yu liver,spleen,Feishu,Shenshu,colon Yu,triple burner Yu,referring to the direction of cutting method along the spine 45 obliquely skin quickly needle 1.5~2.5cm,Yu liver,spleen,Feishu,Shenshu by twisting fill method,colon Yu,Yu triple burner by twisting reducing method,every 10 min line pin 1,the needle 30 min,1 times/d,Each pin 5d Shi rest 2d.30 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,symptom scores,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 65 cases,effective 27 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 92.00%.The control group recovered 27 cases,effective 41 cases,ineffective in 32 cases,the total efficiency of 68.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.Symptom scores improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Buyuan Runtong soup with back-shu acupuncture treatment of senile constipation results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
