摘要
语言实验室作为一种辅助文科教学,特别是辅助语言类课程教学的多功能化实验室,在高校中被广泛应用。随着现代教育技术理念、计算机、网络、多媒体以及信息处理技术的应用,语言实验室也在不断向智能化、人性化、自动化等方面发展,也使得讲述的内容更形象、明了。为保证语言实验室的平稳运行,提高使用效率,更加科学地为师生服务,语言实验室的规范化管理也就显得更加重要。根据目前高校语音实验室管理的状况,结合当前语言实验室管理中存在的人员、管理和使用等方面的不足,从规范化管理的角度,对管理人员队伍建设、语言实验室制度建设和使用管理进行了相应的探讨,并介绍了河南大学外语学院在加强科学化管理过程中取得的一些实践经验。
The language laboratory as an auxiliary teaching,especially language teaching for the multi-functional laboratory,has been gradually adopted for arts teaching units in university. With the development of modern educational technology theory,computer,network,multimedia and application of information processing technology,the language laboratory has developed to the intelligent,humane,automation and other aspects,which makes the content more vivid and clear. At present,almost all of universities have set up their own language laboratory according to the needs. In order to ensure the security and stability of the language laboratory,establish and perfect the management and service system,improve the using efficiency and provide better and more scientific services for teachers and students,the normalized management of language laboratory becomes more and more important. This paper described the current situation of management for college language laboratory. According to the problems existing in the management of language lab,such as staff,management and using,discussed the construction of group of managing staff and laboratory system,as well as the using and management of language laboratory from the point of view of standardization management. And also provided some practical experience in the process of strengthening scientific management.
