摘要
针对水润滑复合材料轴承的摩擦学性能开展实用性实验研究。采用新型聚四氟乙烯复合材料制备水润滑轴承,并测试其在水润滑条件下的摩擦学性能,给出摩擦因数随外载荷、转速、供水量和径向间隙之间的变化规律。研究结果表明:外载荷和转速对摩擦性能有着较大的影响,同时,存在最佳供水量和最佳半径间隙使得轴承的摩擦因数最小、磨损最少。研究结果对新型复合材料水润滑轴承的结构设计与优化具有一定的指导意义。
Friction characteristics of water-lubricated composite-material bearings, including lubrication mechanism and performance parameters, were studied experimentally. The water lubricated bearings were made up of a new ultra-high-molecular polymer composite material PTFE. The friction properties under water lubrication condition were measured. Variations of friction coefficient with external load, rotating speed, water supply rate and radial clearance were presented. Research results show that the external load and the rotating speed have great influence on the friction characteristics. Meanwhile, there exists an optimum water supply rate and optimum radial clearance with the minimum friction coefficient and wearing as the target. Research conclusions have guiding significance for structure design and optimization of the new-type water-lubricated composite-materials bearings.
