摘要
目的探讨岗位管理模式在临床护理管理中的应用效果.方法:对42 名护理人员中实施岗位管理.比较实施前后的护士工作满意度、患者对护理工作满意度和“三基”考试达标率.结果:岗位管理实施后,护士工作满意度的6 项指标以及整体满意度的平均得分明显高于实施前(P〈0.01);患者对护理工作满意度的4 项指标以及整体满意度的平均得分明显高于实施前(P〈0.01);“三基”考试达标率明显高于实施前(P〈0.01).结论:岗位管理模式可提高临床护理管理水平,调动护士的工作积极性,明显改善护士工作满意度和患者对护理工作满意度.
Objective :To explore the application effect of position management model in clinical nursing management. Methods:Position management model was used to management of 42 nurses in tumor center of a hospital. Nurse satisfaction with job, patients satisfaction on nursing job and compliance rate of three basic level examination were compared before and after the implement. Results:Average scores of 6 indexesand overall satisfaction in nurse satisfaction with job after the implement were high than that before the implement(P<0.01).Average scores of 4 indexes and overall satisfaction in patients satisfaction on nursing job after the implement were high than that before the implement(P<0.01).Compliance rate of three basic level examination was high than that before the implement(P<0.01). Conclusion:Position management model can advance management level of clinical nursing, move working positivity of nurses, obvious improve nurse satisfaction with job and patients satisfaction on nursing job.
