摘要
以余吾南风井井下架空乘人装置系统设计为例,介绍了在巷道立面多坡度变化,平面角度亦有变化时架空乘人装置设计所需考虑的各种因素,通过理论分析和计算牵引钢丝绳各点张力及关键部件的受力情况,提供了主要部件的选型计算结果,同时明确了设备安装要求。达到控制系统投资,保障矿井辅助运输安全的目的。
Based on the mine cable personnel carrier system design of Yuwu south ventilation shaft,the paper introduces important factors of mine cable personnel carrier,with multi slope change of roadway facade,plane angle,offers the selection calculation results of main component,through theoretical analysis and calculation of tension on traction wire rope and stress conditions of the key parts, and definitizes the equipment installation requirements, to control system investment,and ensure the safety of mine auxiliary transport.
