全程健康教育路径对糖尿病患者疾病知识掌握情况、自我管理和血糖控制的影响 被引量:74

Influence of full-course health education pathway on grasp condition of disease knowledge,self-management and blood glucose control in patients with diabetes

摘要 目的探讨全程健康教育路径对糖尿病患者疾病知识掌握情况、自我管理和血糖控制的影响。方法 320例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各160例。2组均给予饮食、运动疗法,采用口服降糖药、胰岛素注射等治疗。对照组给予传统健康教育方式,观察组给予全程健康教育干预。结果 2组教育1年后,各项知识掌握评分均明显升高(P<0.01),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组能做到合理控制饮食、坚持每天运动、主动监测血糖、坚持足部护理及随身携带救援卡的患者比例均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2组经治疗及健康教育1年后,空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均下降,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育路径可促使患者更好地掌握疾病相关知识,提高自我管理能力,改善血糖控制情况。 Objective To explore the influence of full-course health education pathway on grasp condition of disease knowledge,self-management and blood glucose control in patients with diabetes. Methods A total of 320 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group,160 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with diet and movement therapies and drugs of oral hypoglycemic drugs and insulin injection,on which basis control group was added with conventional health education pathway while observation with full-course one. Results After1-year education,each score on grasp of disease knowledge increased markedly in both groups( P〈0. 01),which was prominently higher in observation group than that in control group( P〈0. 01). And observation group was notably higher than control group in the ratios of patients who had properly controlled diet,persistent movement,active monitoring of blood glucose,persistent foot nursing and carry- on rescue card( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). After treatment and 1-year health education,fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 h after meals decreased obviously in both groups,which were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Application of fullcourse health education pathway can improve the grasp condition of disease knowledge,promote selfmanagement ability and improve blood glucose controlling condition.
