摘要
类癌是来源于神经内分泌细胞的低度恶性肿瘤,以消化道类癌最为常见。类癌生长较慢,病程较长,缺乏特异性临床表现,因此早期诊断比较困难。近年来随着诊断技术的发展,结合临床症状、实验室检查、影像学检查、内镜检查等手段,消化道类癌发现率明显增加。消化道类癌的治疗包括手术治疗和药物治疗等,其中手术药物联合疗法是首选方法。
Carcinoid tumor is a type of neuroendocrine tumor of low malignancy, derived from neumendoerine cells,which mainly occurs in the gastrointestinal tract. Careinoid tumor is featured with slow-growing, lacking of specific clinical manifestation, hence, the early diagnosis of carcinoid tumor is very difficult. As the development of the diagnostic techniques in recent years, more gastrointestinal carcinoid tumors have been diagnosed by combining clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, imaging examination and endoscopic examination. The treatment of the gastrointestinal carcinoid tumors include surgical treatment as well as drug treatment, which are always combined as the preferred treatment.
