摘要
为了研究温度冲击对车载乳胶基质安全性的影响,分别采用ANE隔板试验、克南试验、烤燃试验研究了经过不同老化周期处理的车载乳胶基质安全特性。隔板试验中,样品1#和2#的验证板严重变形但未穿孔,样品3#的验板穿孔,表明随着老化周期的增加,乳胶基质对冲击波作用更敏感。克南试验中,样品1#和2#的试验钢管无显著变化,样品3#的试验钢管发生了爆炸,表明随着老化周期的增加,乳胶基质在强加热作用下变得更敏感。烤燃试验中,样品1#、2#和3#达到最高温度的时间分别为1 340 s、1 020 s和700 s,即随着老化周期的增加,乳胶基质受热发生热分解的速度变快。
To study of temperature shock aging effect on the safety of vehicle emulsion matrix,the safety characteristics of vehicle emulsion matrix in different aging cycles were investigated by ANE gap test,Koenen test and the Baking test respectively. In ANE gap test,verification boards of sample 1#and sample 2#are domed but not holed,whereas verification boards of sample 3#are holed. The results of ANE gap test show that with the increase of the aging cycles,emulsion matrix is more sensitive to the shock wave. In Koenen test,the test tubes of sample 1#and sample 2#are unchanged,while the test tube of the sample 3#is fragmented. It indicates that with the increase of the aging cycles,emulsion matrix is more sensitive to the effect of intense heat under confinement. In Baking test,the time required for sample 1#,sample 2#and sample 3#reaching to the maximum temperature are 1 340 s,1 020 s and 700 s respectively. The results of Baking test indicates that with the increase of aging cycles,the thermal decomposition rate of the emulsion matrix rises obviously.
