摘要
目的探讨术前心理干预对酒石酸布托啡诺联合丙泊酚控制无痛人工流产患者焦虑情绪与疼痛的影响。方法选取2012年3月~2014年12月于我院自愿人工流产手术的200例妊娠期为1~2个月的孕产妇,所有患者均采用酒石酸布托啡诺联合丙泊酚进行麻醉,随机将其分为护理组与对照组,各100例。对照组行常规麻醉处理措施与手术治疗,护理组则在对照组的基础上于术前给予心理干预,对比分析两组患者焦虑情况与疼痛情况。结果护理组患者术中的血压情况、术中及术后的镇痛情况、焦虑情况及SAS评分情况均要显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组均不存在明显不良反应。结论对于采用酒石酸布托啡诺与丙泊酚的联合麻醉法的无痛人工流产术患者,术前给予有效心理干预,可明显改善患者焦虑情绪,降低疼痛感,有助于促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the impact of preoperative psychological intervention on anxiety emotion and pain of butorphanol tartrate and propofol controls painless artificial abortion patients. Methods 200 pregnant women,1~2months pregnancy and voluntary accepted artificial abortion operation,from March 2012 to December 2014 of our hospital were selected.All of patients were used butorphanol tartrate and propofol to anesthesia. Patients were randomly divided into nursing group and control group,and each group was 100 cases.Patients in control group were treated with routine anesthesia and surgery treatment.Patients in nursing group were treated with further preoperative psychological intervention on the basis of control group.Anxiety and pain situation of patients were compared and analyzed. Results Blood pressure during operation,pain situation during and postoperative,anxiety and SAS score in nursing group were obvious better than that of control group, and the difference was statistical significance（P〈 0.05）.Any adverse reaction was appeared in two groups. Conclusion Giving effective preoperative psychological intervention for painless artificial abortion patients who using butorphanol tartrate combined with propofol,can improve the patients＇ anxiety emotion obvious,reduce pain and is helpful to promote patients recovery early.
