摘要
目的:探究血府逐瘀汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及对患者激素水平的影响。方法:选取我院妇科收治的子宫肌瘤患者80例,采用随机数字表随机分为两组,其中对照组40例,予米非司酮等常规药物治疗;实验组40例,在常规治疗的基础上加用血府逐瘀汤,1个月为1个疗程,均治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后,检测两组服药前后血清激素水平及比较两组临床疗效。结果:(1)经治疗后两组患者子宫肌瘤明显缩小,临床疗效明显,实验组临床总有效率为87.5%,对照组临床总有效率为72.5%,实验组疗效较对照组明显,两组结果有显著性差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)经治疗后两组患者血清激素水平均有所下降,且实验组下降较对照组明显,两组结果有显著性差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤具有活血化瘀、理气止痛之功效,可明显降低激素水平,缩小子宫肌瘤体积,有效治疗子宫肌瘤,对临床具有指导意义,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treatment of uterine fibroids clinical curative effect and the influence on patients with hormone levels. Methods：80 patients with uterine fibroids were admitted in our hospital department of gynaecology USES the digital meter were randomly divided into two groups at random,among them the control group,40 cases with mifepristone and other conventional drug treatment;the experimental group 40 cases,on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,a month for a period of treatment,both two courses of treatment. After the treatment,test before and after treatment in patients with uterine size,fibroid volume,compared two groups of serum hormone levels before and after medication and compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results：（1）Fibroids significantly reduced in both groups after treatment,clinical efficacy,clinical total effective rate was 87.5%,while the control group total effective rate was 72.5%,the experimental group curative effect than the control group obviously,results the two groups have significant difference,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.（2）The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment,according to the comparison of two groups of patients with serum hormone levels were decreased,and the experimental group than the control group decrease significantly,results the two groups have significant difference,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and treat all of the blood stasis syndrome,significantly reduce the levels of the hormone,uterine fibroids volume,effective treatment of uterine fibroids,to give a guidance of clinical,worth clinical promotion.
