摘要
目的:观察冠心舒通胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法:选取稳定型心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁状态的患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各45例。对照组用基础西药治疗,治疗组加用冠心舒通胶囊,疗程4周。观察治疗前后的临床疗效。结果:心绞痛疗效:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为84.44%、60.00%,差异有统计学意义。心电图疗效:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.67%、64.44%,差异有统计学意义。中医证候疗效:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.67%、63.33%,差异有统计学意义。HAMD量表评分比较:两组治疗后比治疗前记分均有所下降具有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组较对照组症状记分下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:冠心舒通胶囊能够改善稳定型心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁症状态患者的心绞痛症状,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective：To observe Guanxin Shutong Capsule combined with Western treatment of stable angina with clinical efficacy in patients with anxiety and depression. Methods：Selected 90 cases,stable angina in patients with anxiety and depression status,were randomly divided into a control group and the treatment group,45 cases each. Western medicine treatment in control group and added Guanxin Shutong Capsule in the treatment group for 4 weeks. Clinical observation before and after treatment. Results：Effective rate of angina pectoris：The treatment group and the control group were 84.44% and 60.00%,the difference was statistically significant;electrocardiogram effect：the treatment group and the control group were 86.67% and 64.44%,the difference was statistically significant;TCM syndromes：the treatment group and the control group were 96.67% and 63.33%,the difference was statistically significant. HAMD scale scores：score after treatment than before treatment has declined significantly different（P0.05）;treatment group scores decreased more significantly（P0.05）than the control group of symptoms. Conclusion：Guanxin Shutong Capsule can improve with stable angina in patients with anxiety and depression status,relieve anxiety and depression,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
