摘要
该文查阅了近七年国内在中药巴布剂体外透皮吸收方面的相关文献,从中药巴布剂的促透剂、制剂新技术、物理方法和体外透皮试验中渗透介质、离体皮肤、定量指标的选择等方面对目前国内在中药巴布剂体外透皮吸收的研究现状及最新进展做一归纳总结,以期对相关研究的工作者有所裨益,更为进一步开发中药巴布剂提供研究方向。
Relevant literature about transdermal absorption in vitro of TCM cataplasm is consulted nearly seven years in the domestic. The current situation and recent research advances on transdermal enhancers of TCM cataplasma,new preparation technology,physical methods and the choice of medium,separated skin,quantitative indicators in the in-vitro skin permeation study and so on are summed up to help to related research workers and provide research directions for further clinical development.
