500万t/a常压装置标定能耗分析及预测

Analysis and Forecast of Energy Consumption Based on the Calibration Data of 5Mt/a Atmospheric Crude Distillation Unit

摘要 中国石油某石化公司500万t/a常压蒸馏装置标定数据显示该装置能耗远低于同类装置能耗水平。从影响装置能耗的各个方面,对比分析了该装置标定能耗与设计能耗之间的差别。通过对比发现,装置区建立联合装置,可以有效提高换热终温;大型机泵电机采用变频可以降低装置电耗。通过分析五套不同地区常压装置的运行能耗及原料性质参数Cp值,发现两者之间存在近似线性关系,对预测常压装置能耗有积极意义。 Based on the calibration data of 5Mt/a atmospheric crude distillation unit of a refinery in CNPC,some factors that have a significant impact on energy consumption were founded. The energy consumption of this device is far below than that of device on a similar scale. The study found that heat integration is propitious to rise the temperature of crude oil after the final heat exchanger; and frequency conversion motor is benefit for reducing power consumption in large pumps. The effect is obvious in new refinery for using heat integration and frequency conversion motor. In addition,a correlation between energy consumption and crude oil properties(Cp value) was found to be approximate linear relationship based on five other CDUs in CNPC.
