摘要
针对自动仪表车床批量加工棒料两端时仍采用人工掉头方式、工人劳动强度大和机械化程度较低等问题,提出了采用棒料掉头运输装置进行自动掉头加工的方案。应用SolidWorks软件对棒料掉头运输装置进行机械结构设计,并阐述装置工作原理。
In processing both ends of bars in batches on automatic instrument lathe, U-turning action is operated by manpower, which has great labor intensity and lower automaticity. This paper puts forward an automatic U-turning transport device for conveying bar stock. The mechanical structure for turning transport device is designed using Solid Works software.The operational principle of the device is introduced.
