摘要
目的:评价药事安全管理信息系统在医院处方审核中的作用。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对郑州市第七人民医院(以下简称"我院")2014年12月—2015年4月使用药事安全管理信息系统期间的处方合格率进行统计,同时对发现的问题进行归类汇总,分析各项指标和数据的变化趋势,评价药事安全管理信息系统对我院处方审核的积极作用。结果:经对我院的564 076张处方(包括门诊处方和住院医嘱)进行审核,使用该系统的在线互动模块与医师进行即时沟通进行干预,我院的不合格处方率由12.74%降至6.98%,而且与人工审核模式相比提高了问题发现率。结论:将药事安全管理信息系统应用于处方审核是一个可行的新模式,可以帮助药师高效、科学、全面地实现处方审核,不仅保障了患者用药安全,而且提高了医师的合理用药水平,提高了我院的处方合格率,促进了临床合理用药。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the role of drug safety management information system in hospital prescription audit. METHODS: Retrospective analysis method was adopted,statistical analysis was conducted on the qualification rate of prescription during implement of drug safety management information system from Dec. 2014 to Apr. 2015 in the Seventh People's Hospital of Zhengzhou( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"),the discovered problems were classified and summarized; the variation trend of different indicators and data were analyzed,through which the positive influences of drug safety management information system in hospital prescription audit was evaluated.RESULTS: After 564 076 prescriptions' audit( including outpatient prescriptions and hospital medical orders),intervention was conducted on the instant communication with the physician through the application of online interactive module,and then the unqualified rate of prescription decreased from 12. 74% to 6. 98%,and the question discovery rate had been increased compared with manual audit pattern. CONCLUSIONS: The application of drug safety management information system in hospital prescription audit is a new feasibility,which can help the pharmacists to conduct efficient,scientific and comprehensive prescription audit,not only ensure the medication safety in patients,but improve the level of rational drug use for physicians,increase the qualification rate of prescription in our hospital and promote the rational drug use in clinic.
