EGFL7在鼻咽癌组织中的表达研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察表皮生长因子样结构域7(EGFL7)在鼻咽癌中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测2010年7月至2013年7月该院40例鼻咽癌患者蜡块标本(研究组)及20例鼻咽炎患者炎症组织(对照组)中EGFL7的表达;采用CD31抗体标记通过免疫组织化学方法检测研究组及对照组的微血管密度(MVD),并分析EGFL7的表达与肿瘤临床分期及MVD的相关性。结果两组EGFL7阳性表达率均很高(研究组为92.5%,对照组为85.0%),但二者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组中EGFL7高表达率(37.9%)高于对照组(10.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中EGFL7的表达与患者性别、年龄、EB病毒抗体无相关性(P>0.05);与EGFL17表达高低、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析发现,EGFL7表达与MVD值呈正相关(r=0.700,P=0.000)。结论 EGFL7在鼻咽癌细胞中有表达,并与鼻咽癌的生长和浸润转移关系密切;其可能通过影响血管的生成参与鼻咽癌的发展,有可能成为反映鼻咽癌转移及预后的标志物之一。 Objective To observe the epidermal growth factor structure domain 7(EGFL7) expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the EGFL7 expression in 40 NPC tissue paraffin samples(study group) and 20 nasopharyngitis tissue samples(control group) in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2013;the CD31 antibody labeling immunohistochemical method was adopted to detect the mi crovas cular density(MVD) in the study group and control group,then the correlation between the EGFL7 expression with tumor clinical stage and MVD was analyzed. Results The EGFL7 positive expression rate in the two groups was higher(92.5% for the study group and 85.0% for the control group),but there was no statistically significant difference between them(P〈0.05). The EGFL7 high expression rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(37.9%vs. 10.0%,P〈0.05);the EGFL7 expression in the study group had no correlation with the patients′ gender,age and EB viral anti body(P〈0.05);and had correlation with the high and low expression of EGFL7,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P〈0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis found the positive correlation between EGFL7 expression and MVD value(r=0.700,P=0.000).Conclusion EGFL7 is expressed in NPC cells,moreover is closely associated with the growth,invasion and metastasis of NPC,which may participate in the development of NPC by affecting the blood vessels generation and may become one of markers re-flecting NPC metastasis and prognosis.
